Product arrived open, unsealed and half used . Immediately contacted paks cosmetics customer service via phone but not answer! Emailed twice , all i got so far is an automated message. After spending almost £90( £5 delivery INCLUDED) , i hope to have the serum replaced or a refund as it s unsafe to use. What a reap off!
