I have used other many other home colouring kit on my hair but find, not only were they quite harsh, but did not actually cover my few visible grey hair. Having tried the above product for the first time, I was impressed with not only the colour, in that it lasted much longer, but more impressive, it actually coloured my visible grey hair, which then blended in quite nicely with the others. The after treatment conditioner also does what it actually says, leaving my hair soft and shiny. What is also noticeable, is that unlike with the other colouring products, I do not find myself shedding an abundance of hair down the drain upon washing, nor is there any breakage. So product, perfectly suited.
