I have used JBCO before and it grew my edges so I tried buying it again. This time the extra dark oil as I have been hearing that people sell the plain castor oil in a dark bottle to deceive people. I didn't realise PAKS Cosmetics did that too. I am not even sure what they sold me as there was no seal on the bottle like the last time I bought from them the oil is clear and LIGHT with no ashes in the bottom of the bottle as you would normally get with dark JBCO..and this is meant to be extra dark After 10yrs of using paks with some issues along the way, this is the final straw. Next time I will buy directly from sunny Isle website

the product I ordered was already opened and not in conformity, it is not the real product that was inside I did. ordered an extra black jbco and the product does not look like the one I usually buy. I see would ask for a refund of the products order

Came with the cap broken and seal partially opened. Poured all over the box it was packaged in but there is still a good amount of product in it. Just disappointing that I couldn't get it in a new condition????. Otherwise it's normal castor oil.
