I have only received 5 of the 6 items I paid for. I immediately (within 10 minutes of receiving the order) emailed a photo showing the 2 boxes (both cardboard boxes were unsealed on arrival), the invoice and packaging. I presume the missing one was previously given to a customer who didn’t want a box of 3. I have requested the missing item twice . This morning they emailed saying the missing item cannot be posted to me because a refund is being processed. They have ignored my request for a replacement and have not acknowledged that I did in fact get in touch within 10 minutes of receiving the order! This item is still stock and could easily be sent to rectify the situation. This is very poor customer service so I will not use this site again.
