Developer Lotion by Goldwell is to be used with Topchic Permanent Hair Color and Oxycur Platin lightener. Dispense the developer according to directions (1 part Topchic Lotion to 1 part color for Topchic levels 2 10, 35 ml Topchic Lotion to 1 scoop Oxycur Platin).
