I have been getting my vivica fox Tara wogs for years and have been purchasing them from your company for over 2 years. I recently ordered my monthly wigs and the wig i received was faulty. I uses it on holiday and noth of the adjustment tabs came off and the wig was not able to be secure upon my head. Thank goodness I had a spare one with me on the trip.
My wigs are very important to me and are imperative as I have a condition that affects my hair and skin and I am constantly in and out of hospital for appointment and check ups.
I was devastated when the newly purchased wig dis this as this has not happened before and i have waisted close to £27 on this and have not got another new one for this month as the one that I had to use I. The end was a load one and as it is a synthetic wig it does get matted and loose it's shape after a few weeks so I am always purchasing a new one. But this particular wig was faulty and I was unable to use it for my trip away.
Please can you look into this and either offer me a replacement wig or a full refund so I can try and get another one as I am In a uncomfortable situation at the moment
