PakCosmetics.com offers free delivery on all UK orders over £50.00 via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Below the list of other services we offer
Royal Mail 48 Tracked: Orders placed before 13:00 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days, including Saturdays. This service is free for orders over £50.00, orders under £50.00 will be subject to from £2.49 up £5.00 depending on weight of parcel delivery charge. . You can use the calculator at the bottom of this page to check the shipping charge for the items in your basket.
Parcelforce: Orders placed before 15:00 pm are dispatched the same day thru Monday to Thursaday. Orders placed after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery is next working day excluding weekends and bank holidays. The charge for this service is £8.00. Parcel force 24 delivery service includes door-to-door tracking.
Royal Mail Special Delivery:On rare occasions we despatch parcel using this service. If you require this service for your parcel then please get in touch with customer service team
International Delivery: Orders placed before 2:30 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day but may take longer during busy times. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 7 – 10 working days depending on your location. We use several different courier services including Royal Mail, Parcel force, DHL and UPS depending on the location, service and delivery charge. You can use the calculator at the bottom of this page to check the shipping charge for the items in your basket. You parcel might be subject to import duties and customs charge in your country and you will be liable to pay this charge.

We're proud to announce that our mailing bags are made from recycled polythene and are also recyclable, and our bubble wrap is made from recycled plastic and is completely recyclable.
PakCosmetics.com accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. We will only deliver to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available at the postal address provided at the time of delivery, Royal Mail may deliver to a neighbour. Recipients can opt-out of Delivery to a neighbour and can also nominate a specific neighbour if they wish. Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)
Please note that Royal Mail currently classes perfumes, nail polishes, flammable liquids and aerosols as "hazardous materials" and will only accept a limited number of these per parcel.
If we are unable to send your parcel via Royal Mail or any other courier, we will have to cancel your order.
