Firstly I will say PAKS DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS I’ve been waiting over a week because they didn’t have my normal ADORE on their WEBSITE & I needed to get the Cream of Nature in place of it. I haven’t use the Cream of Nature yet so can not say how it works only time will tell.
