I would like to leave a review not about the product, but about the company Pak's Cosmetic. I live in Ireland, I ordered hair dye on April 17. Today is May 16, I still have not received my order. All this time I sent letters asking where my order was?, the company replied that it is normal to wait for mail from England to Ireland for 15 - 18 business days. In response to my indignant letter, they promised to start an investigation. And finally, on May 15, I received a message from An Post that I need to pay customs duty!! And then the parcel will be delivered. I do not understand why it was impossible to tell me about this earlier?! So much time wasted. I would have easily paid the customs duty earlier. I consider the company's work unsatisfactory, they do not care about the client at all. I have not received my order yet, I paid the customs duty. I hope the situation will move forward. Natalia

Inoa is best product I have use in last years. Ammonia free and gentle, not drying hair, colours very close to colour charts and good grey coverage.
