Evri delivered the parcel to the wrong address and their customer service bots were a total nightmare to deal with. Once I reported it to Pak's they took over the complaint and immediately offered me a refund or replacement before the dispute with Evri was even resolved. Can't fault them for Customer service!
I've used many brands of bright hair colours and Crazy Colour for this particular type of pink is my absolute favourite. It doesn't wash out as quickly as some, and after applying to hair, doesn't come out brighter or darker than you expect either. Many other brands result in darker/brighter pinks than this lovely soft baby pink, eventually washing out to pale. While others wash out too fast.

It's perfect. I use it to dye my hair and the colour blue that I get afterwards it's amazing. I'm really happy with this product.
