I'm quite disappointed as the tone has completely changed ?? it was alot lighter before a lovely caramel tone, now it is more of a brown then a golden blonde. I will definitely be changing if future to. I have tried 27 shade which is lovey tone but the hair tangles to much and doesn't last.
