I am extremely disappointed with this website. I placed my order on 7-Oct. Received a dispatch notification on 10-Oct. It’s 17-Oct and there’s still no sign of my order. The customer service is appalling. They didn’t seem to be interested in helping at all. All I’ve been told is to wait till next Monday and ring them back again to let them know whether or not I’ve received my items. The service used was Royal Mail Tracked 48 but the Royal Mail service indicates they’re still awaiting the item from the seller. Never going to order again. I’ll be raising a dispute on this with my bank. Please beware!!
